What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is from 3 pm and check-out is by 11 am.
Can I check in early?
Yes – subject to availability on the day, early check-in is free of charge.
Can I check out late?
Late check-out is possible subject to availability – just ask at reception.
I’m arriving late – what should I do?
Our reception is open 24 hours a day from Tuesday to Saturday and from 6:30 am to 10:30 pm on Sundays and Mondays. If you’re arriving later, just let us know in advance and we’ll arrange a self check-in for you. During trade fairs and major events, we’re here around the clock every day.
Parking & getting here
Is there parking at the hotel?
Yes, in our two courtyards right next to the hotel, for €18 per night (valid until 2 pm the following day). Please note the height limit of 1.80 m or 2.20 m. On arrival, simply pull up briefly outside the hotel and come to reception – we’ll open the gate and show you to your space.
How far is it to Central Station and the city centre?
Central Station is about an 8-minute walk, Königsallee about 10 minutes, and the Old Town and the Rhine about 20 minutes.
How do I get from the airport to the hotel?
The S-Bahn takes about 11 minutes from the airport to Central Station, and from there it’s an 8-minute walk to the hotel.
Breakfast
How much is breakfast and when is it served?
Our breakfast buffet costs €14 per person. Children under 4 eat free, and children aged 4 to 10 pay half price. Breakfast is served from 7 to 10 am on weekdays, and from 8 to 10:30 am at weekends and on public holidays.
Do you offer gluten-free or lactose-free options?
Yes, gluten-free and lactose-free products are available on request.
Children & families
Do children stay free?
Yes – children aged 5 and under stay free of charge in the existing beds.
Do you have baby cots?
Yes, we’re happy to provide a baby cot for €10 per stay.
Can I book an extra bed?
Yes, a full-size extra bed (90 × 200 cm) is available on request for €30 per night.
Pets
Can I bring my pet?
Yes, pets are welcome – there’s no need to let us know in advance. We accept one pet per room, or two small dogs, for €10 per pet per night.
Booking & payment
Why should I book direct?
Booking directly on our website is 8% cheaper than booking via online travel platforms.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Cash, girocard, Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
Can I cancel free of charge?
That depends on the rate you’ve booked – you’ll find the cancellation terms in your booking confirmation. Please send any cancellations by email.

Is there a lift?
Yes, the hotel has a lift.
Is there Wi-Fi?
Yes, free Wi-Fi is available in all rooms.
Can I smoke in the hotel?
Hotel Bellevue is a non-smoking hotel. There is a smoking area outside.
